Our Petrified Wood Spheres are a beautiful quality, showing wonderful wood mixture throughout. Petrified Wood consists of ancient trees that eons ago, where covered with mineral rich water.  Eventually the water dissolved the wood and replaced it with various minerals.  This was the process that brings us what we know as "petrified wood".
Because it is of great antiquity, being around practically since time began it is a popular "stone" for being carried as a protective amulet because of it's strange appearance and hardness.  In earlier times it was thought to scare off evil.  Today we use it to ward off negative energies and also use it in spells to increase enjoyment in our lives and extend the evolution within our own lives.
