Red Jasper is a gently stimulating stone.  It is believed to be a good stone to use for bringing problems to light before they become to overbearing, also a fine protective stone sending back negativity back to the original sender.  Red Jasper was engraved with images of lions and archers and carried to guard against poison and used to cure poison.  It is also a stone worn by young women to promote both beauty and grace.
