Description: With a deep scent that is woody and earthy, Patchouli is a profoundly grounding oil that some find to be an acquired taste. Patchouli is a diversely used essential oil as it can soothe nervous tension and worry, promote grounding meditation practices, or even enhance perfumery in both men and women’s fragrances. More so, Patchouli has amazing skin care qualities as it helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and blemishes. It can also help nourish dry, cracked skin as well as balance oily skin.
Directions: Focus your mind during meditation by diffusing 1 drop of patchouli with 1 drop of sweet basil. Patchouli is very useful as part of a blend to combat shoe and foot odor. Fill an old tube sock with baking soda; add lemon and patchouli oils to baking soda and tuck sock into the shoe; leave for 12-24 hrs.
