Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.

Notification must be made within four days of the delivery date and your refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  Note: custom orders are non refundable, all sales final for custom pieces and or orders. 
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below, once in receipt your return/exchange will be processed.

Bulk Orders: Returns: 10% re-stocking fee applies. Intent on return within 4 days of receipt. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with no damages and shipped with tracking number, credit given minus restock fee and initial outgoing shipping charges. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
Your order will be quickly processed (usually within 24 to 48 hours) excluding Holidays and safely delivered. All shipping costs and applicable tax will be calculated at the time of checkout/cart. All orders are handled on a first come, first served basis due to the individual nature of many of the items. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping.  We will contact you before shipping if any item that you have ordered is out of stock.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover & Paypal online.
We ship using USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.
All orders over $100 will ship requiring a signature confirmation upon delivery except international
Please note: All shipments to Canada and International orders - the customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, we are not responsible for any additional charges occurred upon receipt.  We reserve the right to contact you if any other additional international shipping charges are necessary. NOTE: once an international order has left the USA we are no longer able to track the package and are not responsible for any lost packages.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
