Your order will be quickly processed (usually within 48 hours) excluding Holidays and safely delivered. All shipping costs and applicable tax will be calculated at the time of checkout/cart. All orders are handled on a first come, first served basis due to the individual nature of many of the items. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping. We will contact you before shipping if any item that you have ordered is out of stock.

Returns If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.
Notification must be made within four days of the delivery date and your refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Note, that if you paid for your order via check or money order your refund will be given in the form of a store credit.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Bulk Orders: Returns: 10% re-stocking fee applies. Intent on return within 4 days of receipt. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with no damages and shipped with tracking number, credit given minus restock fee and initial outgoing shipping charges.

We're sorry, but we do not offer printed catalogs. We are constantly adding new products to our site which would make the catalog outdated before you received it. We would also prefer not to use printed catalogs due to the negative impact on the environment to our trees.
